ICS STEEL is a metal surface treatment and coating company established on February 23, 2022. The company’s production facility is located in Liepāja, at Meldru Street 8, construction of which began in 2023, and by the spring of 2024, all operations were moved to the new premises.

Support for the digitalization of business processes
SIA “ICS STEEL” has signed contract No. 9.2-17-L-2025/45 with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency for the implementation of a digitalization project under the Latvian Recovery and Resilience Mechanism Plan, Component 2 “Digital Transformation,” Reform and Investment Area 2.2 “Digital Transformation and Innovation in Enterprises,” Subarea 2.2.1 “Creation of Full-Cycle Support for Business Digital Transformation with a Regional Scope,” and Investment 2.2.1.2.i. “Support for the Digitalization of Business Processes in Commercial Activities.”
Within the scope of the Recovery Fund, an investment is being made to improve business processes.
The supported activity involves the manufacturing and quality control processes, specifically the acquisition and implementation of an electrochemical galvanizing control system set (sensors, robots, and software). The Recovery Fund financing amounts to EUR 100,000.
